      Required Legal Posting: 2024 TAX RATE NOTICE: IN AUGUST 2024, THE EMS ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç BOARD OF TRUSTEES ADOPTED THE 2024 TAX RATE TO FUND THE 2024-2025 BUDGET WITH A DECREASE OF $0.0015 FROM THE PRIOR YEAR RATE. THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS ARE PRESCRIBED NOTATIONS: EAGLE MOUNTAIN-SAGINAW ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.47% AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY -$2.30 (negative amount).
