• Compensation Salary Information
    Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! Each year, the Payroll Department updates salary information for all employees to access online. Your salary details are available for you to review at any time in Skyward through Employee Access. Please take a moment to login to Employee Access and verify the accuracy of all information regarding your September and October paychecks, including your deductions for insurance and other benefits.
     
    Beginning in September, your paycheck captured a number of updates for the 2022-2023 year including your updated salary, new insurance premiums, and other benefit selections. Note: General pay increases are effective from the first day of your 2022-2023 contract and are calculated based on your base salary in the prior year.
     
    If you need a reminder on how to access your information in Skyward, please reference the instructions for “Getting Started with Employee Access for Payroll” and review the section on “Check History.”
     
    If you have questions regarding your annual salary and/or benefit deductions, please follow the steps below:
    • Complete the attached Compensation Concern Worksheet for the pay period in question. In the “Description of Concern” field, please note the date of the paycheck to be reviewed. You may also attach a copy of the paycheck, if necessary.
    • Send the completed form to the Payroll Department by one of the following methods:

    Following the worksheet review, the Payroll Department or Human Resources Department will contact you by phone, email, or inter-campus mail to address your concerns. Please note some responses may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the number of submissions.

    For those of you who are new to the District, Dr. Maria Gamell is the Executive Director of Human Resources, and I am the Chief Financial Officer.  We take your compensation very seriously and our offices work very closely together to ensure that you are compensated correctly.
