Please try and do this workout 2-3 times this week.

**Remember begin every workout with your stretching routine:**
- Jog for 1.5 minutes
- Walk for 1 minute
- Jog 1.5 minutes
- Walk 1 minute
- Jog 1.5 minutes
- Walk 1 minute
- Jog 1.5 minutes
- Walk 1 minute
- Jog 1.5 minutes
- Walk 1 minute
- Jog 1.5 minutes
- Walk 1 minute
Repeat this workout 1 more time! For a total of 18 minute Jog and 12 minute walk.
**Remember after every workout you want to finish with some type of stretches for at least 5 minutes.**
