• Our Mission Statement 

    Creekview Middle School strives to develop the maximum potential in all students in a challenging atmosphere filled with high expectations for all and opportunities for success. It is our mission to create learners who are academically prepared to compete in our changing society while fostering attitudes of respect, responsibility, acceptance of others, service, positive self-esteem, and self-reliance. Through opportunities to achieve academic and personal success in a caring and supportive environment, Creekview endeavors to develop the whole student- intellectually, emotionally, physically, and socially.


  • Visitors

    Visitors to Creekview Middle School are asked to check in at the front office with a valid form of ID.


  • Arrival
    Upon arriving at the school before 8:00 am, all students will report to the cafeteria. At 8:00 am, sixth graders will be dismissed to go to their halls, and seventh and eighth graders will remain in the cafeteria until the bell rings at 8:20 am to go to first period. All students are welcome to eat breakfast in the cafeteria from 8:00-8:20 am.
     
    Dismissal
    Students are dismissed from 8th period at 3:30. Students being picked up or walking home should exit out the front doors. Students who ride the bus home will exit out the side doors and wait for their bus there.

  • Enrolling a Student
    To enroll a student, a parent or guardian will need to visit our office and fill out some enrollment forms. Please be prepared to provide home and work phone numbers, physician contact information, and emergency contact information (relative or neighbor). The following records will need to be brought to the school so that copies can be made:
    • Withdrawal papers from previous school or Report Card from previous school (if applicable)
    • State assessment results (if available)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Record of immunizations (Shot Record)
    • Social Security Number
    • Driver's License of parent or guardian
    • Proof of residency (i.e., a utility bill showing name and address or housing contract)

  • Transportation
     
    GoldStar Transit provides a complete transportation program for the EM-S ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç, including home to school, vocational, athletics, and extracurricular trips.

    Find Your Bus Route Online! Our transportation partner, GoldStar Transit, has automated bus route information. To find your child's bus number, route location, and pick up time, click here. If you are a new bus rider, you will need to complete the GoldStar Transit registration form before riding the bus. Click here for the form. Returning bus riders do not need to complete another registration form.  Forms may be faxed or brought to Petermann and entered right away for same day service.
