7^th grade 7am-8:45 (doors will open at 6:45) ***1st day of school all 7th graders will come in at the 1st bell NOT 6:45am***

8^th grade 3:15-5pm 

Location: Drop-off will be on the south side of the building at Door #18B by the tennis courts. Pick up will be at the same location.  Parents make a U-turn by the tennis courts to pick them up.  Please do not pull into the parking spots as this causes a traffic jam. 

What To Bring: Physical (ALL 7^th grade and 8^th graders without a physical on file), $35 for uniform, wide-mouth reusable water bottle, cleats and tennis shoes. A bag to carry a water bottle and shoes is recommended.

To be able to participate, athletes MUST have the following completed by the first day of practice:

• 7TH AND 8TH Grade Athletes must have a Physical, Medical History and online RankOne forms completed before you can participate. If you have your physical, please bring it with you on the first day of school. Paper copies or you can email it to Coach Sidman Msidman@ems-isd.net . For locations to get a physical, please check the options below. Physicals MUST be dated after May 1st.

-It is against UIL rules to participate without ALL required forms so please make sure your child is ready to begin. Athletes who show up without all required paperwork, water bottle and backpack to carry their equipment will not be allowed to remain on campus or return to campus during remote learning until all paperwork is complete.

-Uniforms will be purchased at Creekview from Coach Sidman. We accept cash or check made out to Creekview. There are no online sales and uniform cost is $35. At this time, only ONE uniform set may be purchased to ensure all athletes can have a uniform. After most athletes have purchased uniforms, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional sets. Correspondence will go out when this occurs.                                                

-At this time, we will be corresponding through email and RankOne, so please take the time to download the RankOne app to your phone. RankOne is also a great resource to check if your athlete is eligible for participation (all paperwork turned in), games schedules and scores for each game once the season begins. Make sure you download the RankOne app for PARENTS.

If you have signed up for athletics, soccer, golf, tennis, or gymnastics next year, you need to get the following information taken care of as soon as possible.

A new physical is needed for all athletes going into the 7^th grade.

1. Steps to complete online athletic registration

Parents log onto:

Click on ‘ONLINE FORMS’- GO TO FORMS

Choose ‘TEXAS’

Choose ‘Eagle Mountain-Saginaw - ATHLETICS'

Click ‘Proceed to online forms’

Click ‘Continue as a guest’ or ‘Login’

Make sure to fill out ALL 3 FORMS

-Sports Participation Packet

-Emergency Card

-Medical History

(Make sure to submit these forms)

2. Turn in PHYSICAL to Coach Sidman or Coach Hanetho  (Physical form is found on the forms page)
3. Purchase Athletic Uniforms Cost is $35.00. (This will be done at equipment handout in August, we will give this date later)
