    In August 2023, the ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç Board of Trustees adopted a school tax rate decrease of 18.74 cents per $100,000 valuation. Keep in mind, however, that the amount on your annual tax bill is based on the value of your home, which is not set by EMS ÀÏ˾»ú¸£ÀûÉç. If the value of your home was increased by the Tarrant Appraisal District, and that higher home value is applied to the local school tax rate, then your overall tax bill may still increase over last year.
