Coaches

  • Our goal is to create a winning team built on solid work, sound fundamental skills, and teamwork.  We have a fall season with five cross country meets in which we are scheduled to compete.  We will hit the ground running (pun intended)!
     
    Our workouts will include a variety of types of running, strength training, and conditioning.  These will build our athletes into physically strong runners and well-conditioned athletes 
     
    Practices 
    Morning Practice starts at 6:45 AM
    and
    Afternoon Practice starts at 3:45 PM
     
    Must have a physical on file with coaches to participate!
     
    Running is just something we love to do.
